AGL-5 Airfield Ground Lighting Voltage Detector

The AGL-5 is specially designed for use
as a voltage indicator on Airfield Ground
Lighting and runway lighting circuits

Service engineers, maintenance personnel and airport technical staff working on airfield ground lighting systems can use the AGL-5 to verify that runway and airfield lighting circuits have been isolated from the power supply before maintenance or inspection work commences.

The Seaward AGL-5 is a two pole voltage detector designed specifically for use with airfield ground lighting systems. The instrument indicates the presence of voltages greater than 50V AC and is ideal for proving dead on AGL (Airfield Ground Lighting) systems up to 5000V. The unit is totally encapsulated in a high impact rugged enclosure and is IP64 rated.

The ultra-bright high intensity red LED indicators and a polarizing filter making it clearly visible in all working environments.

The AGL-5 is supplied complete with a proving unit for proof testing before and after use and a protective carry case.
