Transformer Winding Microhmmeter DO8000

The DO8000 is the ideal measuring instrument for transformer and other inductive windings. The advanced power supply ensures that measurements are fast and stable. The two measuring channels permit both primary and secondary windings to be measured and displayed at the same time, and with the addition of the internal timer and data logger cooling curves can be measured without problems.

Wide Measuring Range
The long scale length 20000 count combined with its wide memory range enables the DO8000 to tackle the most demanding tasks with ease. The resolution is 0.1 micro ohm on the lowest range and the maximum reading is 2,000 ohm.
Data Logging
The DO8000 has the ability to store over 100 files each with over 120 measurements, these are stored in text files which are compatible with spreadsheets.
High Accuracy Large LCD Display
The measuring accuracy ±0.25% ensures the highest quality of measurement. The colour display shows all the relevant measurement details including measurement current, ranges transformer tap etc.
Measuring Current
The measuring current may be selected independently for each measuring channel, a robust constant current power supply is employed to ensure that transformer cores are quickly and efficiently saturated.
Measurement timer
A timer is incorporated which may be used to automatically take and store measurements at set time intervals ensuring cooling curve measurements are taken with maximum efficiency
Interface Options
For those wishing to automate their resistance measurements . The RS232 and USB interfaces are fully talk/listen. A tap change output is also provided.
 
Printer
A panel printer is included and all test data may be sent to the printer via a single print/dump button
