As the core of an automated test system the Elite 2 can act as a PLC controller and control up to 8 external devices, such as probes.
Using sophisticated PC software, test results can be stored and SPC analysis performed on measured data. In addition automated test sequences can be generated from the PC or Elite tester, either acting as controller.
All-in-one Electrical Safety Tester
The Elite meets all the requirements of manufacturers who need to electrically safety test their products and includes the ability to power the device under test using a programmable power source up to 280V at 10A. The tester’s capability is completed with the ability to program 8 external control ports and 8 digital ports, working as a PLC controller.
Powerful PC Software
The Elite is supplied with powerful PC software allowing the user to pre-program test sequences and store test data. The result storage capability can be used to implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) as part of a Quality Assurance (QA) program. The software has been specifically designed to provide an intuitive user interface making programming and control simple and straightforward.
